Is there a way to suck in other bbs' , e.g. phpBB? The real test of a forum (IMO) is how it organizes tons of data.

I've got one that has about 24k posts with about 600 users and I'd love to see how lefora handles it.

As far as good young programmers to hire, you'll have to get in line behind all the other tech companies in Hawaii looking for same! :)
